ijv Consulting is an independent consulting firm that supports executives with forming Joint Ventures and navigating geopolitics at the C-suite and board level. It is owned by a former Deloitte / Monitor Deloitte partner based in Shanghai.
Our Joint Venture approach is premised on a providing the tools to lead a successful negotiation and supporting negotiations. We work closely with legal, due diligence, tax and other advisors while providing an efficient process that saves time, increases probability of a successful negotiation and manages costs. Our approach is detailed in the book "Unlocking International Joint Ventures."
Understanding the geopolitical landscape is crucial for business impact. We offer executive insights, as featured in Fortune Magazine, to prepare leaders for global shifts affecting their markets. In my daytime role, I lead the Executive Education and Lifelong Learning team at Duke Kunshan University.
